New Years Eve

My friend Katie invited me to a "Black and White" themed New Year’s party up in north Portland. You could dress however you choose - classy, punk, pedestrian, so long as you were wearing black and white. We both opted for the classy route. It was an amazing evening - the party and the people in attendance were both fantastic. People in Portland approach these events very seriously which is what tends to make them so fun. The space was a former church which they decorated for the event. Amazing space. I couldn’t think of a better way or better person with which to bring in the new year.
